Mohamed Ebrahim is a Managing Consultant in Gallup’s Middle East operations. Mohamed specializes in strategy implementation, organization performance and change management. Mohamed has worked with governments and enterprises from various sectors to advise them on their strategy, operations and technology. He held leading roles in projects spanning the United States, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.
Mohamed’s focus is to drive impactful engagements through leveraging Gallup’s knowledge, science, and resources to solve client’s most pressing problems. Mohamed’s key strengths includes assisting organizations to break large change programs down to manageable segments, and creating alignment across the organization on these priorities.
Mohamed spends the majority of his time, creating clarity on strategic direction and planning holistic solutions on Middle East’s largest projects. His particular focus is on employee happiness & loyalty, employee engagement, communication strategy, creating strengths based organizations, leadership development, and effective team function.
Mohamed received his Master’s degree in business administration with a specialization in strategy and operations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Mohamed is a certified strengths coach and a certified project management professional. Mohamed lives in Bahrain with his wife and two daughters.
